Voor de afdeling Supply Chain zoeken wij een Demand Planner met een sterk analytisch vermogen en commercieel inzicht. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus en beschikbaarheid, zodat klanten en interne stakeholders altijd over de juiste producten kunnen beschikken. - Strategische rol binnen supply chain en voorraadbeheer. - Werken met data, forecasting en KPI's. - Veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid. - Marktconform salaris passend bij ervaring. - Samenwerking met Category Management en filialen. - Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en optimalisatie. - Dynamische en professionele werkomgeving. Wie is de werkgever? Onze opdrachtgever, van oorsprong een familiebedrijf, exploiteert bouwmarkten op verschillende eilanden op de (voormalig) Nederlandse Antillen, te weten op Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Sint Maarten en Barbados. De vestigingen zijn groot, heel erg groot; Tot wel 40.000 m2 oppervlakte en 80 medewerkers, waarvan een groot gedeelte drive-thru is. Binnen een uniek en zeer innovatief concept worden hier bouwmaterialen, hardware maar ook decoratieve artikelen verkocht aan een uiteenlopende doelgroep. Deze doelgroep bestaat uit zowel consumenten (B-to-C) als aannemers (B-to-B). Wat ga je doen? Als Demand Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en optimaliseren van de voorraadhoogte en beschikbaarheid (servicelevel). Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijks monitoren van voorraden, materialen en producten - Zorgen dat klanten en medewerkers altijd beschikken over de juiste producten - Analyseren van voorraadrapportages en KPI's met behulp van software en data-analyse - Optimaliseren van bestelhoeveelheden, bestelfrequenties en lead times - Bewaken en behalen van afgesproken voorraad- en beschikbaarheidsdoelstellingen - Onderhouden van dage...
