Voor onze klant te Nieuwkerke zoeken wij een Demand Planning Analyst.

Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie, gespecialiseerd in diepgevroren aardappelproducten. De organisatie heeft een sterke positie op de internationale markt en beschikt over een uitgebreid productie- en distributienetwerk.

Voor de verdere versterking van het Supply Chain team zoeken we een analytisch sterke collega die ervaring heeft met demand planning, forecasting en voorraadbeheer.

Als Demand Planning Analyst zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie beschikt over betrouwbare voorspellingen van de toekomstige klantenvraag. Je analyseert cijfers, bespreekt verwachtingen met Sales en Marketing en helpt Operations en Supply Chain om productie en voorraad beter af te stemmen op de vraag.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert en beheert demand- en forecastgegevens.
  • Je vertaalt historische verkoopcijfers, marktontwikkelingen en commerciële inzichten naar betrouwbare demand plans.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de maandelijkse Pre-Demand Management Review (Pre-DMR) met Sales en Marketing.
  • Je bespreekt forecastafwijkingen en stemt verwachtingen af met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je volgt Demand Planning KPI's op en maakt hierover rapporteringen.
  • Je analyseert de nauwkeurigheid van forecasts en zoekt naar mogelijkheden om deze te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het bepalen en opvolgen van veiligheidsvoorraden.
  • Je denkt mee over optimale voorraadniveaus en het verbeteren van de beschikbaarheid van producten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij productallocaties wanneer de beschikbare voorraad of productiecapaciteit beperkt is.
  • Je volgt servicelevels op en helpt knelpunten binnen de supply chain te identificeren.
  • Je werkt mee aan het Sales & Operations Planning-proces (S&OP).
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met Sales, Marketing, Operations en Supply Chain.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen demand management en planningprocessen.
  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding gevolgd of beschikt over een gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen demand planning, forecasting, supply chain of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt een goed analytisch inzicht en werkt graag met cijfers en data.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met forecasting, voorraadbeheer en supply chain-processen.
  • Je kan grote hoeveelheden informatie analyseren en vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je begrijpt de impact van een correcte forecast op voorraad, productieplanning en klantenservice.
  • Ervaring met S&OP-processen is een plus.
  • Kennis van demand planning software is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen en kan je analyses duidelijk toelichten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en houdt rekening met deadlines.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief wanneer je verbeterpunten opmerkt.
  • Een masterdiploma en/of APICS-certificering is een bijkomende troef.
