Als Demand Planning Analyst vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen Sales, Marketing en Supply Chain. Je analyseert de toekomstige vraag en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie hier tijdig en onderbouwd op kan inspelen. Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Analyseren en beheren van demand- en forecastgegevens
  • Vertalen van historische data, marktontwikkelingen en commerciële inzichten naar betrouwbare Demand Plans
  • Coördineren van de maandelijkse Pre-Demand Management Review samen met Sales en Marketing
  • Opvolgen en rapporteren van Demand Planning KPI's en metrics
  • Analyseren van forecastafwijkingen en identificeren van verbeterkansen
  • Ondersteunen bij het bepalen en opvolgen van safety stocks
  • Mee bewaken van customer service levels en productbeschikbaarheid
  • Ondersteunen van productallocaties wanneer de beschikbare supply beperkt is
  • Opvolgen van vraagstukken binnen het S&OP-proces
  • Samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders om vraag en beschikbare capaciteit beter op elkaar af te stemmen
  • Meewerken aan de verdere verbetering en professionalisering van demand management- en planningprocessen

Must haves

  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Goede kennis van forecasting, voorraadbeheer en supply chainprocessen
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met SAP
  • Vlotte kennis van Engels en Frans
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en deadlinegericht
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met S&OP
  • Ervaring met specifieke demand planning- of forecastingsoftware
  • APICS-certificering
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands
  • Ervaring binnen FMCG of een productieomgeving
