Jobomschrijving

Als Demand Planningn Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van demand planning en supply management binnen de productiesite in Oostkamp. Je vertaalt de sales requirements en beschikbare productiecapaciteit naar een efficiënte productieplanning en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste grondstoffen en halffabricaten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Daarbij blijf je sterk operationeel betrokken: je volgt de bestellingen en voorraadniveaus op, beheert de materiaalbehoeften via het MRP-proces en stuurt bij waar nodig om een optimale balans te bewaren tussen beschikbaarheid, voorraadkosten en productiecontinuïteit. Je bewaakt de voorraad van grondstoffen en halffabricaten, coördineert logistieke en intercompany flows en onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers, logistieke partners en interne afdelingen zoals productie en sales. Tegelijk stuur je een team van drie medewerkers aan en neem je een actieve rol op in de verdere ontwikkeling van hun expertise en werking.

Naast het operationele luik neem je een belangrijke coördinerende en analytische rol op binnen de supply chain. Je analyseert voorraadniveaus, forecast, service levels, leverbetrouwbaarheid en andere relevante KPI's en vertaalt deze data naar concrete inzichten en verbeteracties. Je rapporteert hierover aan de Plant Manager en Supply Chain Management op groepsniveau en brengt de situatie van de plant op een heldere en professionele manier in kaart via rapporteringen, analyses en presentaties.

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma binnen een relevante richting
  • Je hebt reeds minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen supply chain, demand planning, voorraadbeheer en productieplanning
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan data en KPI's interpreteren en vertalen naar heldere rapporteringen en presentaties voor management op groepsniveau
  • Je hebt een hands-on en zelfstandige aanpak, gecombineerd met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt een heel goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
