Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn, zodat onze Service Engineers klanten optimaal kunnen ondersteunen. Jouw sportieve uitdaging: Als Demand & Supply Planner ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het monitoren en optimaliseren van voorraadstromen, het analyseren van data en het coördineren van voorraadniveaus. Dankzij jouw inzicht en nauwkeurigheid functioneert de supply chain efficiënt en kunnen klanten rekenen op een uitstekende dienstverlening. Je bent de schakel tussen voorraadbeheer, service en de internationale supply chain. Je houdt continu zicht op de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en stuurt bij waar nodig. Tot jouw werkzaamheden behoren onder andere het monitoren van voorraadstromen van en naar het warehouse en het coördineren en bewaken van optimale voorraadniveaus. Daarnaast analyseer je voorraadgegevens en stel je rapportages op. Ook controleer je backorders van onderdelen en volg je de acties die hieruit voortvloeien op. Je hebt nauw contact met de serviceafdeling over voorraad- en partsvraagstukken en draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van deze processen. Je signaleert verbeterkansen en weet hoe procesverbeteringen succesvol kunnen worden doorgevoerd. Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de samenwerking tussen het hoofdkantoor in Taiwan, het distributiecentrum en verschillende interne afdelingen.
