In unserer Kreativabteilung im Herzen des Hotel Berglandes, der Patisserie, vereint das Team den Weg in die Berge des Ötztals. In diesem Tal, wo aus Kollegen und Vorgesetzten, Freunde werden. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen engagierten Demi Chef Patissier (m/w/d).

Dein Profil

- Unterstützung des Chef Patissier bei der Herstellung und Präsentation von hochwertigen Desserts, Gebäck und Süßspeisen

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer kreativer Dessertideen und -kreationen

- Verantwortlich für die Herstellung von Torten, Kuchen, Pralinen und anderen Konditoreiwaren

- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von speziellen Events und Themenabenden

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen der Küche zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs

- Überwachung und Kontrolle des Lagerbestands an Zutaten für die Patisserie

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
