The posting

En tant que Deployer Food Application, vous êtes responsable de l’implémentation des différentes applications Food (principalement le système de gestion des menus (MMS), l’outil de commande (MUM) et Waste Watch), ainsi que de la formation et du suivi de leur utilisation par les responsables de site. Vous êtes disponible pour fournir le support nécessaire à tout moment (SPOC).

Vous restez attentif(ve) aux besoins et aux défis du terrain afin de garantir le développement continu du système.

Voici un aperçu de vos principales responsabilités :

• Vous assurez l’introduction, l’implémentation et le suivi des différentes applications food en tenant compte du planning et des priorités • Vous dispensez des formations aux responsables de site / chefs de cuisine • Vous assurez le coaching et le suivi de l’utilisation des applications par les responsables de site après leur implémentation • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe culinaire • Vous réfléchissez aux développements futurs du système avec les équipes centrales et les responsables opérationnels hiérarchiques

Cette fonction est vraiment faite pour vous car :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de l’école hôtelière et vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en restauration
  • Vous avez l'affinité technique nécessaire
  • Vous avez une connaissances opérationnelle approfondie des procédures de Sécurité Alimentaire
  • Vous êtes bilingue NL/FR et avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office
  • Votre expérience de la cuisine collective et vos excellentes qualités relationnelles vous assurent d'être reconnu sur le terrain et de convaincre les opérationnels
  • Grâce à votre enthousiasme et à votre côté pédagogique, vous créez le cadre nécessaire pour structurer et coordonner l’implémentation de l’application
  • Vous êtes orienté résultats et vous vous assurez du suivi des consignes
  • Votre avez le sens du service, l'esprit d'équipe, vous aimez aller de l'avant et vous êtes persévérant
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B
