Dit ga je doen

Als Depot Manager ben jij het kloppend hart van het depot in Aarschot. Jij zorgt dat alles draait: je team, de operatie én de groei van je klantenportefeuille.

Je krijgt vertrouwen, autonomie en de ruimte om zelf te beslissen hoe jij succes behaalt.

Waar jij de focus op legt:

People & leadership

  • Je stuurt een team van 3 collega’s aan en bouwt aan een sterke, positieve teamcultuur
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt je mensen zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding en opvolging van nieuwe medewerkers

Commercieel & groei

  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en partners
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten in de regio en zet die om in concrete groei
  • Je onderhandelt over contracten en zorgt voor een sterke marktpositie

Operationeel & organisatie

  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van het depot en zorgt voor een efficiënte flow
  • Je houdt overzicht op verhuur, retour en planning van machines
  • Je zorgt dat administratie en processen correct en vlot verlopen

Dit neem je mee

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring in een commerciële omgeving, hierdoor heb je goed ontwikkelde people management skills en weet je hoe je een team echt in beweging krijgt.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de techniek en wilt hier graag op door bouwen.
  • Uitstekende communicatie skills in de Nederlandse taal.
