The posting

Als Deputy Aerodrome Commander ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op en de coördinatie van alle luchthavenoperaties tijdens je dienst. Je zorgt voor de veiligheid en efficiëntie van de luchtverkeersleiding, de operationele procedures en de communicatie met piloten.

Taken enverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Toezicht houden op de operationele activiteit op de luchthaven.
  • Zorgen voor de naleving van luchtvaartregelgeving en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Coördineren van start- en landingsprocedures voor drones.
  • Communiceren met luchtverkeersleiding en andere relevante instanties.

De vereisten voor de functie van Vliegveldoverste zoals bepaald in Circulaire GDF-04 van het Directoraat-Generaal Luchtvaart, oa.:

  • Geen inbreuken op de luchtvaartreglementering hebben gepleegd tijdens de laatste vijf jaar.
  • In het bezit zijn van een beperkt getuigschrift van radiotelefonist van luchtvaartuigstation, afgeleverd volgens de voorwaarden opgelegd door het Directoraat-Generaal Luchtvaart, of bereid zijn om dit op korte termijn te behalen.

Pluspunten:

  • Houder zijn of houder geweest zijn van een vergunning van privaat piloot afgeleverd door een Lidstaat van de Europese Unie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in luchtverkeersleiding.
  • Kennis van dronewetgeving en regelgeving.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om snel beslissingen te nemen in noodsituaties.
