Tätigkeitsbereich ** Du unterstützt die Filialleitung im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst souverän Verantwortung, wenn sie nicht vor Ort ist. ** Als Vorbild auf der Verkaufsfläche begeisterst du Kundinnen und Kunden durch eine persönliche, professionelle und bedürfnisorientierte Beratung. ** Gemeinsam mit dem Team sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Filialbetrieb, von der Personaleinsatzplanung über Warenbestände und Kassenprozesse bis hin zu Öffnungs- und Schließroutinen. ** Gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung treibst du den Verkaufserfolg voran, behältst Kennzahlen und Tagesziele im Blick und motivierst das Team zu Bestleistungen. ** Du setzt Kampagnen und Visual-Merchandising-Konzepte wirkungsvoll um und schaffst eine attraktive Einkaufsatmosphäre, die Kundinnen und Kunden inspiriert. ** Du stärkst das vernetzte DOUGLAS Einkaufserlebnis, indem du die Nutzung unserer digitalen Services förderst und nachhaltige Prozesse im Filialalltag aktiv unterstützt.

Anforderungen

Das ist uns wichtig ** Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel, im Dienstleistungsbereich oder im Vertrieb mit und hast idealerweise bereits Verantwortung übernommen oder den Wunsch, den nächsten Karriereschritt zu gehen. ** Als kommunikative Persönlichkeit gehst du offen auf Menschen zu und begeisterst sowohl Kundinnen und Kunden als auch Kolleginnen und Kollegen. ** Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, auch in einem lebendigen Filialalltag den Überblick zu behalten, zeichnen dich aus. ** Du verbindest ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung mit einem Gespür für Verkauf und erkennst Chancen, Kundenerlebnisse und Ergebnisse gleichermaßen zu verbessern. ** In einem modernen Handelsumfeld fühlst du dich wohl und nutzt digitale Tools sicher und selbstverständlich im Arbeitsalltag. ** Flexible Arbeitszeiten auf der Verkaufsfläche, einschließlich Abend- und Wochenendschichten, sind für dich selbstverständlich.

Damit dein Gehalt aber auch bestimmt zu dir passt, bieten wir dir je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine entsprechende Überzahlung. Diese wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
