Jouw functie als Deputy Business Advisor Als Deputy Business Advisor ondersteun je bij het beheer van een portefeuille van zakelijke klanten en help je commerciële opportuniteiten te detecteren. De functie combineert administratieve ondersteuning met klantcontact en commerciële gesprekken. Je biedt ondersteuning bij het beheer van de klantenportefeuille, bereidt commerciële gesprekken voor en voert deze mee, beheert het betalingsverkeer van businessklanten en staat in voor het indienen en opvolgen van kredietaanvragen. Daarnaast ontwikkel je expertise in businesskredieten en alternatieve financieringsvormen, detecteer je opportuniteiten en verwijs je klanten gericht door naar de juiste collega’s. In deze rol werk je ook nauw samen met andere teams om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.

  • Je hebt een Bachelordiploma bij voorkeur in de financiële richting;
  • Met een eerste commerciële ervaring op zak, kom je ook in aanmerking;
  • Commercieel en communicatief zijn je sterke punten. Je staat de klanten elke dag op een klantvriendelijke manier te woord.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar houdt er daarnaast ook van om zelfstandig jouw steentje bij te dragen
  • Het is een voordeel als je in de regio woont, in verband met bereikbaarheid en inzetbaarheid.
