Bij Peterson Energy Logistics ondersteunen we de offshore-industrie met geïntegreerde logistieke oplossingen. Vanuit Den Helder bedienen we voornamelijk klanten in offshore wind en olie & gas met onder andere port agency services, Procurement, Warehousing en Supply chain ondersteuning. Onze operatie draait op een ervaren team. De volgende stap ligt in verdere professionalisering en commerciële ontwikkeling. Voor agency en Procurement zoeken wij daarom een Business Lead die het leuk vindt om te organiseren, aan te sturen en verder te bouwen. We werken met een ambitieus team en een actief commercial team, waarbij we continu in gesprek zijn met klanten, deelnemen aan tenders en ons netwerk actief onderhouden. In deze rol maak je daar direct onderdeel van uit en lever je een bijdrage aan het verder versterken van onze positie in de markt. Jouw rol Als Business Lead Agency & Procurement ben je verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren én de ontwikkeling van dit onderdeel van de business. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van circa 16 medewerkers en zorgt dat de operatie soepel verloopt, prioriteiten helder zijn en het team weet waar het aan toe is. Tegelijkertijd kijk je vooruit: waar liggen kansen, hoe kunnen we groeien en hoe maken we onze dienstverlening sterker? Je staat dicht op de operatie en werkt waar nodig mee om feeling te houden met het werk, maar jouw primaire rol ligt in het aanbrengen van structuur, het nemen van eigenaarschap en het verder ontwikkelen van de business.
