Voor een private banking omgeving in regio Oudenaarde zoeken we een Deputy Private Banking Advisor die structuur brengt, klanten professioneel ontvangt en energie haalt uit service op hoog niveau.

Je bent de stille motor achter de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor. Iemand die overzicht houdt, discreet werkt en klanten een warme, professionele ervaring bezorgt zonder overdreven formaliteiten.

Wat ga je doen?

Je ondersteunt de private bankers en zorgt mee dat alles achter én voor de schermen vlot draait.

Concreet:

• Je organiseert mee de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor

• Je ontvangt cliënten professioneel en zorgt voor een verzorgde ontvangst

• Je ondersteunt private bankers administratief en commercieel

• Je beheert agenda’s en volgt opportuniteiten mee op

• Je beantwoordt vragen van cliënten op een vlotte en correcte manier

• Je helpt bij de voorbereiding en organisatie van events

• Je zet documenten klaar voor ondertekening en volgt dossiers administratief op

• Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van de klantenbeleving, ook bij belangrijke levensmomenten van klanten

Je bent dus veel meer dan “administratieve ondersteuning”. Je bent mee het gezicht en het organisatorisch ankerpunt van het private house.
