Als design & build manager neem je het volledige voortraject van bouwprojecten op, van concept tot het uitvoeringsdossier. Je fungeert als centrale spilfiguur tussen opdrachtgever, ontwerpteam, onderaannemers en interne diensten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en winstgevendheid van elk project en zorgt voor een geïntegreerde aanpak waarin samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Coördineren van het volledige voortraject van bouwprojecten, van concept tot uitvoeringsdossier.
  • Afstemmen met opdrachtgever, ontwerpteam, onderaannemers en interne diensten.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en winstgevendheid.
  • Vertalen van concepten naar uitvoerbare en onderbouwde dossiers.
  • Als design & build manager zorgen voor een vlotte, gestructureerde en kwalitatieve voorbereiding van elk project.
  • Masterdiploma bouwkunde, architectuur of industrieel/burgerlijk ingenieur.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Inzicht in bouwkosten, technieken en duurzaamheidsaspecten.
  • Analytisch sterk, communicatief en resultaatgericht.
  • Ervaren in stakeholdermanagement en het bewaken van deadlines.
  • Kennis van Revit of ervaring met design & build dossiers is een pluspunt.
  • Basiskennis Frans is een meerwaarde.
  • Als design & build manager beschik je over het inzicht en de communicatieve vaardigheden om projecten van idee tot realisatie te sturen.
