Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een design & build manager voor onze klant in Hasselt. Onze klant is een toonaangevend familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in grootschalige en complexe bouwprojecten, van overheidsgebouwen tot zorgcentra.

Jouw takenpakket als design & build manager bestaat uit:

  • Je stuurt het volledige design & buildproces aan, van de eerste klantvraag en de bestekanalyse tot de finale contractondertekening en overdracht aan de uitvoering.
  • Je ontwikkelt doordachte plannen van aanpak, waaronder de fasering, risicoanalyses, planning en kwaliteitsborging om dossiers te winnen.
  • Je treedt op als de centrale spilfiguur tussen interne collega's (calculatie, aankoop, BIM) en externe partners (architecten, studiebureaus, onderaannemers).
  • Je bewaakt de kostprijs, rendabiliteit, planning en technische optimalisaties.
  • Je stelt een onderscheidend dossier samen op basis van de gunningscriteria en voert de finale onderhandelingen met klanten en partners.
  • Je integreert actuele trends rond duurzaamheid en innovatieve bouwtechnieken proactief binnen de projecten.

Profiel

Als design & build manager herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Bouwkunde of Architectuur op zak.
  • Je kan terugblikken op minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de uitvoering bij een aannemer.
  • Je beschikt over bewezen expertise met Design & Build- en bouwteamprojecten.
  • Je bent financieel, contractueel en technisch sterk onderlegd.
  • Je staat bekend als een resultaatgerichte leider en een overtuigende onderhandelaar.
  • Je hebt een grote passie voor vernieuwing, BIM en duurzame bouwmethodes.
