Het Hardware design team bestaat uit meerdere Engineers die zelfstandig en in teamverband het volledige design van vormgeving en elektronica combineren tot een fysiek Delem product. De Engineers zijn van begin tot eind betrokken bij alle disciplines van het ontwerpproces. Als PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER ben je breed inzetbaar.••• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het mechanisch design van de Delem producten•• Je werkt creatieve ideeën uit tot een bestelbaar ontwerp inclusief documentatie voor serieproductie•• Je archiveert/documenteert tekeningen, stuklijsten en testprogramma's•• Je onderhoudt de reeds bestaande productenHet werkveld van de Product Design Engineer wordt bepaald door klantwensen, gebruiksvriendelijkheid, kwaliteitseisen, reproduceerbaarheid en kosten. Nieuwe producten worden in projectvorm uitgevoerd. In nauw overleg met collega Engineers en collega's van Customer Support en Operations worden de definitieve designs bepaald en worden aspecten als kostprijs en maakbaarheid optimaal ingevuld.
