De organisatie Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast team van 22 collega's, gevestigd in Mijdrecht en Tsjechië (SWOT), en rapporteert aan de Manager Walraven Technologies. De functie In deze rol vertaal je eisen en machineconcepten naar robuuste technische ontwerpen voor machines en gereedschappen. Je werkt aan de ontwikkeling, het ontwerp, de bouw, het testen en de overdracht van technische oplossingen die onze productieomgeving ondersteunen. Je combineert technische kennis met een praktische, hands-on mentaliteit en werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, automatiseringsengineers, monteurs, technische inkoop, productieteams en leveranciers. Je bent betrokken vanaf de eerste conceptideeën tot en met het gedetailleerde ontwerp, testen, inbedrijfstelling en de uiteindelijke overdracht. Met jouw technische expertise zorg je ervoor dat machines en hulpmiddelen betrouwbaar, produceerbaar, goed gedocumenteerd en gereed zijn voor een succesvolle implementatie. Wat ga je doen? - Vertalen van goedgekeurde eisen en machineconcepten naar praktische technische ontwerpen en functionele beschrijvingen van machines. - Ontwikkelen van conceptontwerpen en gedetailleerde ontwerpen voor machines en gereedschappen, inclusief tekeningen, specificaties en ondersteunende documentatie. - Ondersteunen bij technische haalbaarheidsstudies, ontwerpkeuzes, leveranciersafstemming, componentselectie en voorbereidingen voor de bouw. - Bijdragen aan testen, finetuning, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), in...
