De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Design Engineer in Menen?

  • Je ontwikkelt nieuwe producten van de eerste conceptfase t.e.m. de industriële productie
  • Daarnaast analyseer je het bestaande productgamma op zoek naar optimalisatiekansen
  • Je bent betrokken bij het volledige ontwikkelingsproces, van prototyping tot testing en validatie
  • Contact met leveranciers omtrent technische haalbaarheid van de producten

Innovatie, kwaliteit en gebruiksgemak vormen de rode draad doorheen elk ontwikkelingsproject. Binnen deze moderne R&D-omgeving krijg je de ruimte om ideeën uit te werken, samen te werken met ervaren engineeringcollega's en een directe impact te hebben op producten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Dankzij de vlakke organisatiestructuur zijn de communicatielijnen kort en krijg je veel vertrouwen en autonomie om initiatief te nemen. Wie ben jij als Design Engineer regio Menen?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak, bij voorkeur richting elektromechanica
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen mechanisch ontwerp en met de volledige productontwikkelingscyclus is een must
  • Je kan werken met 3D CAD-software zoals SolidWorks of aanverwante programma's
  • Uitgebreide kennis van materialen, productieprocessen en Design for Manufacturing (DfM)
