Bij de NS Inhuurdesk werken wij met mini aanbestedingen waarbij je je kunt inschrijven op een opdracht. Je maakt gebruik van een voorblad bij je aanbieding. - Je onderzoekt complexe vraagstukken en vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften, processen, wet- en regelgeving en technische mogelijkheden naar concrete oplossingen. - Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van UX, service design, business analyse en implementatie. - Je werkt samen met gebruikers, stakeholders, product owners en ontwikkelteams om impactvolle verbeteringen te realiseren. - Je krijgt de ruimte om zowel nieuwe digitale diensten vorm te geven als bestaande processen en systemen gebruiksvriendelijker en effectiever te maken. Je ontwerpen zijn binnen no-time bij de medewerkers op de trein of op kantoor in gebruik en helpen zo direct om de dienstverlening te verbeteren." Je bent een breed inzetbare Enterprise UX Designer die complexe vraagstukken vertaalt naar bruikbare digitale oplossingen. Afhankelijk van de opdracht ligt het accent op gebruikersonderzoek, service design, interactieontwerp, stakeholdermanagement, functionele analyse en implementatie-activiteiten. Je helpt collega's binnen heel NS om processen, systemen en dienstverlening beter te laten aansluiten op de behoeften van gebruikers. Ons Enterprise UX-cluster werk als een intern design-bureau we werken aan uiteenlopende opdrachten binnen heel NS. Hiervoor schakel je gemakkelijk tussen verschillende gebruikersgroepen, belangen en werkwijzen. - een project wat een standaard applicatie implementeert voor kwaliteitsmeldingen, dit project gaat richting implementatiefase waar gebruikerstesten, gebruikersinstructie en nazorg de belangrijkste aspecten zijn. - bouw van een nieuwe applicatie ter vervanging van een bestaande verouderde applicaties.
