Let's get down to business Designer Vanuit ons bureau aan de Brouwersgracht in Amsterdam werken we met een hecht team voor grote merken en ambitieuze challengers. En we groeien door! Daarom zoeken we iemand die daar samen met ons nog meer moois voor wil maken. Iemand die blij wordt van een nieuwe brand identity, maar net zo makkelijk een campagnestijl of visual, social asset, deck, activatie of digital of product concept onder handen neemt. Want bij NEEW houden we niet zo van hokjes. Wel van bijzonder werk. So, what will you be making? Van alles dus. De ene dag bouw je mee aan een merkidentiteit vanaf scratch. De volgende help je een creatief concept visueel tot leven te brengen. Van brand design en visual design tot concept design. Van ATL tot BTL, social en digital. Soms ligt er een duidelijke briefing. Soms een half idee. En soms alleen de vraag: kunnen we hier iets veel vetters van maken? Hopelijk is je antwoord op die laatste vraag meestal ja. Je werkt direct samen met strategen, creatieven en account. Korte lijnen, weinig lagen, veel ruimte om zelf iets te vinden, proberen en toevoegen. 01 You, probably Je hebt een goed oog. Voor design, typografie, beeld, merken en de wereld om je heen. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar wat er gebeurt in design, advertising, cultuur en technologie. Je kent je tools, maar bent vooral geïnteresseerd in wat je ermee kunt maken. AI? Daar zit je al middenin. Je experimenteert, probeert nieuwe tools uit en ziet vooral heel veel nieuwe mogelijkheden.Kun je ook dingen laten bewegen? Mooi meegenomen: basisvaardigheden in motion design zijn een dikke pre. Verder heb je bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen een bureau- of communicatieomgeving . Genoeg om zelfstandig lekker te kunnen werken, maar nog steeds hongerig om veel nieuws te leren en maken. Je neemt initiatief. Hebt ideeën. Bent niet bang om je mening te geven.
