Iemand die inzichten uit merk, business en gebruikersbehoeften doorvertaalt naar digitale oplossingen die onderscheidende waarde toevoegen voor gebruikers én opdrachtgevers. Je werkt voor toonaangevende organisaties in onder andere overheid, onderwijs, financiële dienstverlening en zakelijke dienstverlening. Samen met strategen, UX researchers, service designers, developers en AI-specialisten zorg jij ervoor dat digitale klantervaringen steeds slimmer worden en meer waarde leveren. Als Experience Designer werk je zelfstandig aan onderscheidende digitale klantervaringen binnen strategische kaders. Je vertaalt inzichten vanuit merk, business en gebruikers door naar concrete oplossingen. Je bent daarbij een out-of-the-box denker én doener. Je neemt opdrachtgevers en stakeholders goed mee in je verhaal en kunt tegelijkertijd goed luisteren en observeren. Je presenteert jouw concepten en designvoorstellen en je faciliteert de workshops en co-creatiesessies om de juiste input op te halen en om draagvlak bij de organisatie van de opdrachtgever te creëren. Je stáát voor je concept en je toont ondernemerschap waarmee je het concept met collega's en stakeholders op een consistente en gedragen manier uitwerkt en tenslotte doorvertaalt in een solide design systeem en content requirements.
