Functieomschrijving Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Lichtenvoorde werken we met een enthousiast team aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe collecties, van eerste schets tot definitief ontwerp. Voor ons Product Management en Designteam zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Designer die operationeel meedraait in het ontwerp- en ontwikkelproces. Wat ga je doen? Als Designer werk je mee aan het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en verfijnen van verschillende onderdelen binnen onze collecties. Je vertaalt creatieve ideeën naar commercieel sterke producten en werkt deze uit tot in detail. Daarbij maak je gebruik van Adobe-programma's zoals Illustrator en Photoshop en werk je nauw samen met designers, productmanagers en andere collega's binnen productontwikkeling. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitwerken van collectie-onderdelen met behulp van Adobe-systemen (designtekeningen, technische tekeningen). - Mede richting geven aan look & feel van toekomstige collecties & leveringen d.m.v. het samenstellen van trend en kleur concepten. - Overleggen met de designers, productmanagers en commerciële collega's over collectie-inhoud en productontwikkelingen. - Samenwerken met leveranciers en productiepartners om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden. - Ontwikkelen van producten die bijdragen aan een succesvolle collectie, met oog voor commerciële doelstellingen zoals omzet en marge. - Doen van voorstellen t.a.v. modellen, materialen, fournituren, artworks en dessins. - Uitwerken van modellen, stoffen, fournituren, artworks en dessins, rekening houdend met uitgangspunten, randvoorwaarden en productietechnische mogelijkheden. - Bespreken...
