Ben jij een ervaren professional in de asbestsanering en neem je graag de leiding op de werkvloer? Dan is deze vacature als Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbestsloop (DTA) iets voor jou.

Als DTA ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving uitvoeren van asbestsaneringsprojecten. Je stuurt een team van asbestsaneerders aan en bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie voor de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

-Dagelijks leidinggeven aan een team asbestsaneerders; -Toezicht houden op de veiligheid en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden; -Rapporteren van de voortgang aan de projectleider; -Controleren of werkzaamheden voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving; -Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving voor medewerkers en derden; -Toezien op de correcte afvoer en administratieve verwerking van asbest; -Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken in oplossingen.

Je werkt op uiteenlopende projecten in de regio Nijmegen en Gelderland en bent een belangrijke schakel in het veilig uitvoeren van asbestsaneringen.

Korte toelichting op de vereiste werkervaring

Je beschikt over ruime ervaring binnen de asbestsanering of vergelijkbare projecten en bent in het bezit van een persoonscertificaat Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbestsloop (DTA). Daarnaast beschik je over een geldige gezondheidsverklaring, een VOL-VCA-certificaat en een BHV-diploma. Je bent communicatief sterk, kunt goed leidinggeven en bent veiligheidsbewust.

Wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen in het veilig maken van gebouwen en het begeleiden van uitdagende asbestsaneringsprojecten? Als Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbestsloop ben jij de spil op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende richtlijnen worden uitgevoerd.
