In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het aanspreekpunt van de dienst Burgerlijke Stand en zorg je mee voor een efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en klantgerichte dienstverlening. Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z, volgt wetgeving op, vertaalt nieuwe ontwikkelingen naar de praktijk en draagt actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van de werking. Van huwelijken en jubilarissen tot begraafplaatsbeheer en complexe administratieve dossiers: geen enkele dag is hetzelfde.

Met jouw expertise, nauwkeurigheid en enthousiasme maak je elke dag mee het verschil voor onze inwoners én bouw je mee aan een moderne en toegankelijke dienstverlening.

Voorwaarden

Taalvoorwaarde: je moet voldoen aan de vereiste over de taalkennis opgelegd door de wetten op het gebruik der talen in bestuurszaken, gecoördineerd op 18 juli 1966.

Diploma: beschikken over een bachelor- of gelijkgesteld diploma.

Heb je geen bachelor- of gelijkgesteld diploma? Dan kan je ook deelnemen als je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs én minstens 4 jaar relevante beroepservaring in het domein Burgerzaken.

Tijdens de vergelijkende selectieprocedure krijg je de kans om te laten zien wat jij in huis hebt.

De selectieprocedure bevat volgende technieken:

  • CV-screening (inclusief motivatiebrief) > enkel de 10 hoogst scorende kandidaten op de CV-screening worden toegelaten;
  • Schriftelijke proef bestaande uit een gevalstudie en competentieproef;
  • Mondeling gesprek.

De kandidaat met het beste resultaat wordt aangesteld voor de functie. De andere geslaagde kandidaten komen terecht in een werfreserve met een geldigheid van 1 jaar en maximaal verlengbaar tot 5 jaar. Zo maak je ook na de procedure nog kans op een toekomstige aanstelling.

De schriftelijke proef zal doorgaan op donderdag 22 oktober en het mondeling gesprek op donderdag 29 oktober 2026. Het juiste uur zal nog worden meegedeeld.
