Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

Hoofddoel is het versterken van bestaande handelsapparaat in de gemeente Heist-op-den-Berg op basis van een specifiek en lokaal dynamisch detailhandelsbeleid. Dit zal onder andere bestaan uit het opzetten van (kern)versterkende acties, uitwerken en begeleiden van economische maatregelen en organiseren van events voor en met de lokale handel.

Verder hebben alle teams binnen ‘Omgeving, ondernemen en mobiliteit’ nood aan ondersteuning inzake financieel beheer. Hierbij denken we aan taken zoals budgetopvolging, opmaak meerjarenplan, uitzoeken of er subsidiemogelijkheden zijn, opmaken van collegebesluiten met financiële implicaties en zo meer.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een functie die aanverwant is, dus economisch of financieel gerelateerd.
  • Je bent zeer sociaal, communicatief en betrouwbaar.
  • Je kan goed met mensen omgaan en houdt ervan om in team te werken.

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

  • We bieden een voltijds contract (38/38e) van onbepaalde duur.
  • Een verloning volgens barema’s (bruto geïndexeerd loon tussen 3100 en 4200 euro in weddeschaal B1)

  • Werken dichtbij huis in een filevrije werkomgeving.

Procedure

  • Er vindt een objectieve cv-screening plaats op basis van je CV en motivatie.
  • Schriftelijke thuisopdracht: Deze wordt je digitaal opgestuurd op 17 november 2026 om 18u en bezorg je ons ten laatste terug tegen 21u.
  • Voor de geslaagde kandidaten zal een mondeling examen plaatsvinden op 11 december 2026 (overdag).
  • Er wordt een werfreserve aangelegd voor 2 jaar.
