Als deskundige Cultuur en Erfgoed geef je mee vorm aan het cultuur- en erfgoedbeleid van Steenokkerzeel. Je organiseert culturele activiteiten, ondersteunt verenigingen en zet het lokale erfgoed in de kijker. Daarnaast help je mee aan het beheer van de gemeentelijke cultuurinfrastructuur en werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen de afdeling Vrije Tijd.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het gemeentelijk cultuur- en erfgoedbeleid.
  • Je stelt een gevarieerde cultuur- en schoolprogrammatie samen en coördineert deze van a tot z.
  • Je organiseert culturele projecten, evenementen en vormingen in samenwerking met externe partners.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor culturele verenigingen en volgt subsidieaanvragen op.
  • Je ondersteunt en coördineert de cultuurraad en begeleidt initiatieven die hieruit voortkomen.
  • Je ontwikkelt een breed, divers en laagdrempelig cultuuraanbod voor alle inwoners.
  • Je zet het lokale erfgoed zichtbaar op de kaart via projecten, activiteiten en communicatie.
  • Je bent de back up van de deskundige Sport voor de aansturing van de zaalwachters van de vrijetijdsinfrastructuur.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Vrije Tijd en biedt waar nodig ondersteuning aan andere beleidsdomeinen.

Je hebt een bachelor diploma of minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, want motivatie, inzicht en leerbereidheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
