The posting

De afdeling ruimtelijke organisatie is verantwoordelijk voor het omgevingsbeleid in de gemeente. Hieronder vallen o.m. de diensten stedenbouw, ruimtelijke planning, duurzaamheid, leefmilieu, lokale economie, huisvesting en mobiliteit.

De deskundige energie, klimaat en duurzaamheid ondersteunt het lokaal bestuur bij het strategisch energie- en klimaatbeleid, concrete projecten en de bijbehorende administratie. De deskundige richt zich op de eigen teams en vergroot het draagvlak bij diverse doelgroepen rond vier klimaatthema’s: water, groen, energie en mobiliteit.

Tevens kan de deskundige energie, klimaat en duurzaamheid ondersteunend ingezet voor milieu-gerelateerde zaken en omgevingsvergunningen.

In deze coördinerende, team-overschrijdende functie zijn kennisdeling, overleg, sensibilisatie, communicatie, educatie en dynamiek essentieel.

De deskundige energie, klimaat en duurzaamheid werkt onder leiding van het afdelingshoofd ruimtelijke organisatie en overlegt nauw met de deskundige leefmilieu.

KERNTAKEN

  1. Strategisch duurzaamheids- en klimaatbeleid De deskundige energie, klimaat en duurzaamheid coördineert de strategische doelstellingen van het energie- en klimaatbeleid, bewaakt de duurzaamheidsaspecten van het lokale beleid en stimuleert medewerkers, inwoners en bedrijven om aandacht te hebben voor de thema’s en mogelijke oplossingen. Overleg, communicatie en sensibilisering staan centraal in deze team-overschrijdende opdracht.
  2. Coördineren en uitvoeren van duurzaamheidsprojecten Duurzaamheidsprojecten waaronder initiatieven voor het klimaatactieplan ontwikkelen, ondersteunen, coördineren en evalueren.
  3. Verhogen van het intern en extern draagvlak De deskundige energie, klimaat en duurzaamheid vergroot het interne en externe draagvlak voor klimaat en duurzaamheid. Als facilitator, brugfiguur en aanspreekpunt organiseert hij/zij intervisie en verbindt het lokaal bestuur met relevante partners.
  4. Ondersteuning voor het vergunningenbeleid en de milieu-gerelateerde zaken Behandelen en ondersteunen bij het beoordelen van omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen en andere milieuaanverwante vergunningen en/of meldingen (omgevingsdecreet, natuurbeheer, bosbeheer, afvalbeheer…)

Toelatingsvoorwaarden

Je beschikt over een voor de functie relevant bachelordiploma.
