Lokaal bestuur Bierbeek is het geheel van gemeente- en OCMW-diensten die zich dag in dag uit inzetten om warme en toegankelijke dienstverlening te organiseren voor alle inwoners van Bierbeek.

Wat doet een ‘deskundige facility- en patrimoniumbeheer’ in Bierbeek?

Als deskundige Facility- en Patrimoniumbeheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de verdere ontwikkeling van het vastgoed van lokaal bestuur Bierbeek.

Je stelt meerjarenonderhoudsplannen op, bereidt de jaarlijkse begroting voor en onderbouwt investeringsvoorstellen. Je bewaakt het overzicht van geplande werken en stemt hierover af met de betrokken diensten.

Daarnaast beheer je het patrimonium in de brede zin: verwerving en vervreemding van onroerend goed, huur- en verhuurovereenkomsten, concessies, erfpachten, verzekeringen en wettelijke keuringen. Je bent hierbij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor notarissen, landmeters en andere externe partners.

Je verzorgt subsidieaanvragen voor werken aan de gebouwen die je beheert en neemt de rol van projectverantwoordelijke op, of ondersteunt deze, bij grotere bouw- en renovatieprojecten.

Ook sta je in voor het beheer van de technische gebouwsystemen, zoals toegangscontrole, inbraak- en branddetectie en HVAC-installaties. Daarnaast beheer je de verzekeringsportefeuille van het lokaal bestuur en fungeer je als centraal aanspreekpunt voor verzekeringsdossiers.

Tot slot ondersteun je als lokale antenne noodplanning de intergemeentelijke noodplancoördinator bij de ontwikkeling van een geïntegreerde noodplanning en crisisbeheer. Bij een gemeentelijke noodsituatie maak je deel uit van de crisiscoördinatiecel.

Profiel

Diplomavereisten:

Je bezit minimaal de graad van bachelor (of gelijkwaardig).

Indien je niet in het bezit bent van een bachelorsdiploma, moet je slagen voor een niveau-of capaciteitstest. Je zal hiervoor individueel worden uitgenodigd tussen de (eventuele) preselectie en de schriftelijke proef.

Gewenste ervaring

Ervaring is een grote plus, maar jouw motivatie en engagement zijn minstens even belangrijk! Wij geloven dat je met de juiste instelling en enthousiasme snel het verschil kunt maken.
