Wij zoeken een deskundige gezinsondersteuning die gezinnen in een kwetsbare situatie nabij en op maat ondersteunt. Jij bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor ouders en kinderen, spoort (kinder)armoede vroeg op en brengt de juiste partners rond het gezin samen. Zo bouw je mee aan een Wemmel waar elk kind kansrijk kan opgroeien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gezinnen met een hulpvraag: je luistert, verheldert de vraag en zoekt samen naar een passend antwoord.
  • Je spoort (kinder)armoede vroeg op, samen met onder meer het Agentschap Opgroeien, de scholen en het Huis van het Kind.
  • Je begeleidt gezinnen in hun sociaal dossier en zorgt ervoor dat ze de ondersteuning krijgen waarop ze recht hebben.
  • Je werkt acties en projecten rond gezinsondersteuning en (kinder)armoedebestrijding uit en volgt ze op.
  • Je bouwt een sterk netwerk uit met partners binnen en buiten het lokaal bestuur en brengt hen samen rond het gezin.
  • je werkt mee aan het beleid: je signaleert noden en zorgt ervoor dat de armoedereflex leeft in alle diensten.
  • Je bent sociaal, empathisch en kan je goed inleven in de leefwereld van gezinnen.
  • Je legt vlot contact en bouwt vertrouwen op, zowel met ouders en kinderen als met partners.
  • Je bent een netwerker die mensen en organisaties samenbrengt.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken, werkt gestructureerd en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je hebt een diploma bachelor in het sociaal werk (maatschappelijk assistent) of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
