Wat ga je doen?

Als deskundige ICT neem je volgende taken op:

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de ICT-infrastructuur, werkplekken, mobiele toestellen, printers, netwerkomgevingen en cloudtoepassingen;
  • Je staat mee in voor het technisch beheer van Microsoft 365, waaronder Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune en Entra ID;
  • Je analyseert complexe ICT-problemen en werkt duurzame oplossingen uit;
  • Je ondersteunt de servicedesk bij technische escalaties en neemt de eerstelijnsondersteuning over wanneer nodig;
  • Je beheert gebruikersaccounts, rollen, rechten en licenties volgens de geldende veiligheidsrichtlijnen;
  • Je waakt over een veilige digitale werkomgeving door beveiligingsmaatregelen op te volgen rond MFA, endpointbeveiliging, toegangsbeheer, monitoring en patchmanagement;
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij het correct gebruik van Microsoft 365-toepassingen en stimuleert digitale adoptie binnen de organisatie;
  • Je werkt mee aan de technische ondersteuning en verdere uitbouw van LB365/Dynamics 365 en Power Platform-oplossingen;
  • Je plant, coördineert en realiseert ICT-projecten en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar beheer;
  • Je adviseert collega's en projectteams over technische haalbaarheid, integraties, beveiliging en beheerbaarheid van digitale oplossingen;
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en volgt dienstverlening, licenties, contracten en technische afspraken op;
  • Je documenteert configuraties, procedures en oplossingen zodat kennis binnen de organisatie geborgd blijft;
  • Je signaleert verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan de verdere standaardisering, automatisering en innovatie van de ICT-dienstverlening.

Competenties

Je beschikt over volgende competenties:

  • Heb je een degelijke kennis van ICT-infrastructuur, hardware, software, netwerken en digitale werkplekken?
  • Heb je ervaring met Microsoft 365, waaronder Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune en Entra ID?
  • Heb je inzicht in gebruikersbeheer, toegangsrechten, licentiebeheer en identiteitsbeheer?
  • Heb je kennis van informatieveiligheid, privacy, cybersecurity en continuïteitsmaatregelen?
  • Heb je affiniteit met Power Platform, Power Apps, scripting of automatisering?
  • Werk je graag analytisch en zoek je naar structurele oplossingen in plaats van tijdelijke oplossingen?
  • Kan je technische problemen zelfstandig analyseren en prioriteren?
  • Werk je graag gestructureerd en nauwkeurig?
  • Kan je complexe technische informatie begrijpelijk uitleggen aan niet-technische collega's?
  • Werk je graag samen met collega's, leveranciers en externe partners?
  • Neem je initiatief en signaleer je actief risico's, verbeterpunten en opportuniteiten?
  • Kan je vlot schakelen tussen dagelijkse operationele ondersteuning en projectmatig werken?
  • Ben je leergierig en bereid je kennis voortdurend verder uit te bouwen?
