The posting

Als deskundige kindzorg (voor- én buitenschoolse kinderopvang) ondersteun je de opvang voor kinderen van 0 tot 3 jaar (voorschoolse opvang) enerzijds en deze voor kinderen van 3 tot 12 jaar (buitenschoolse opvang) anderzijds. Hij/zij staat mee in voor een kwaliteitsvolle werking, organisatie en coördinatie, begeleidt kinderbegeleiders, onthaalouders en ouders, en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging en coördinatie.

Daarnaast ondersteunt de deskundige de voor- en buitenschoolse opvanglocaties bij kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocessen, wordt er meegewerkt aan de implementatie van (pedagogische) verbeteracties en draagt hij/zij zo bij aan een kwalitatieve dienstverlening die aansluit bij de behoeften van kinderen, gezinnen en medewerkers.

Men is een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt, denkt beleidsmatig en oplossingsgericht mee en houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in administratie en processen. Hij/zij werkt nauw samen met collega's, ouders en diverse externe (lokale en bovenlokale) partners uit het kinderopvang-, onderwijs- en vrijetijdsveld.

Hij/zij volgt nauwgezet de wetgeving, noden en tendensen op in het kinderopvanglandschap en vertaalt deze in beleidsdoelstellingen, -acties en (vernieuwende) projecten.

De deskundige verstrekt (wettelijk verplichte) informatie en rapporteert aan externe instanties en belanghebbende partijen. Verder ondersteunt en helpt de deskundige om taken en competenties aan te leren aan de kinderbegeleiders, onthaalouders, logistiek medewerkers, vrijwilligers, wijkwerkers, individuele maatwerkers en artikel 60§7’ers.

Je moet als kandidaat:

· een gedrag vertonen dat in overeenstemming is met de eisen van de functie

· de burgerlijke en politieke rechten genieten

· medisch geschikt zijn voor de uit te oefenen functie, in overeenstemming met de wetgeving betreffende het welzijn van de werknemers bij de uitvoering van hun werk

· de leeftijd van 18 jaar bereikt hebben
