Een betekenisvolle rol in een veranderende wereld

De manier waarop we wonen en leven verandert onvermijdelijk, en onze opdrachtgever — een vooruitstrevend samenwerkingsverband van lokale besturen in de regio Oost-Vlaanderen — staat in de frontlinie van deze transitie. Zij realiseren lokaal nieuwe ideeën om duurzaam wonen toegankelijk te maken voor iedereen. Voor deze missie zoeken wij een integere gids die burgers met zorg en expertise doorheen hun financieringstraject loodst.

Functie

  • Je informeert burgers op een begrijpelijke manier over de rente en terugbetalingstermijnen van energieleningen.
  • Je begeleidt mensen bij hun aanmelding in digitale portalen en adviseert hen over de aan te leveren documenten.
  • Je vervult regelmatig een loketfunctie in de verschillende gemeenten om ook kwetsbare burgers optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Je toetst aanvragen aan de voorwaarden voor consumentenkredieten en beheert de krediet fasen via gespecialiseerde software (Galop).
  • Je werkt nauw samen met technische renovatiecoaches en lokale deskundigen om de burger een totaaloplossing te bieden.

Wij zoeken geen commercieel type, maar een luistervaardige professional die nauwkeurigheid combineert met sociale bewogenheid.

  • Je beschikt over grondige kennis van en ervaring met de wetgeving rondom consumentenkredieten.
  • Je bezit de nodige kwalificaties en recente attesten om de rol van Verantwoordelijke Distributie (VVD) op te nemen.
  • Je hebt de kennis om mee te bouwen aan de compliance-werking, werkt strikt volgens de GDPR-policy en beschikt over een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister.
  • Je hebt minimaal een Bachelor-diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door de juiste combinatie van ervaring en attesten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met diverse doelgroepen en bent zeer vaardig met de courante Office-tools.
