We combineren techniek, data en advies om opdrachtgevers verder te helpen. Ben jij een ervaren Deskundige Onderhoud met kennis van NEN 2767 en/of BOEI? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je! Als Deskundige Onderhoud ben je regelmatig op verschillende locaties te vinden. Je werkt aan maatschappelijk vastgoed, woningen en utiliteitsgebouwen en helpt opdrachtgevers hun vastgoed veilig, duurzaam én toekomstbestendig te houden. In jouw werk inspecteer je gebouwen, vertaal je jouw bevindingen naar meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP's). Wat ga je doen als Deskundige Onderhoud bij Nibag? Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten voor woningcorporaties, gemeenten, zorginstellingen en andere vastgoedeigenaren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inspecteren, analyseren en adviseren over de technische staat van gebouwen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het voorbereiden van inspecties en verzamelen van projectinformatie; - Het uitvoeren van conditiemetingen volgens de NEN-2767-methodiek; - Het opstellen van MJOP's op basis van de inspectieresultaten; - Het uitvoeren van BOEI-inspecties waarbij je ook kijkt naar brandveiligheid, duurzaamheid, energie en organisatie; - Het verzamelen en verwerken van inspectiegegevens; - Het beoordelen van tekeningen, documenten en technische informatie; - Het vastleggen van bevindingen in rapportages en het vertalen naar concrete onderhoudsadviezen; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en andere betrokkenen tijdens projecten.
