Bij SkillSourcing werk je als consultant op projecten binnen verschillende lokale besturen. Je combineert de zekerheid van een vast contract met uitdagende projecten die aansluiten bij jouw expertise en interesses.

Zo blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen, leer je verschillende lokale besturen kennen en draag je mee bij aan veilige, duurzame en kwaliteitsvolle publieke ruimte. Daarbij kan je rekenen op persoonlijke begeleiding en coaching gedurende je volledige traject.

Wat ga je doen?

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses word je ingezet op projecten rond:

  • beheer, inrichting en ontwikkeling van het openbaar domein;
  • mobiliteit, verkeersveiligheid en duurzame verplaatsingen;
  • openbare werken, infrastructuur- en rioleringsprojecten;
  • voorbereiding, opvolging en coördinatie van technische dossiers;
  • opmaak en opvolging van bestekken, aanbestedingen en overheidsopdrachten;
  • werfopvolging en samenwerking met aannemers, studiebureaus en nutsmaatschappijen;
  • adviseren van collega's, bestuurders en externe partners;
  • bijdragen aan een kwaliteitsvolle, veilige en duurzame publieke ruimte.

• Je hebt ervaring binnen het domein openbaar domein, openbare werken of mobiliteit, opgedaan tijdens een eerdere werkervaring in een lokaal bestuur of via een relevante stage.

• Je hebt ervaring met het opvolgen, coördineren of voorbereiden van technische dossiers, projecten of overheidsopdrachten.

• Je communiceert vlot met collega's, aannemers, studiebureaus, nutsmaatschappijen en andere externe partners.

• Je plant en organiseert je werk efficiënt en behoudt het overzicht over verschillende dossiers of projecten.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk.

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en past je vlot aan een nieuwe werkomgeving aan.

• Je bent bereid om opdrachten uit te voeren binnen een straal van maximaal één uur rijden vanaf je woonplaats (rekening houdend met de gebruikelijke verkeersdrukte).
