Deskundige opgroeien (B1-B3 - contractueel)

Wil jij mee bouwen aan een warme en kwaliteitsvolle opvang voor kinderen? Ben jij een coachende en inspirerende leidinggevende met een hart voor kinderen? Krijg jij energie van het begeleiden van medewerkers, het organiseren van een vlotte werking en het ontwikkelen van pedagogische kwaliteit? Dan ben JIJ misschien wel onze nieuwe collega!

Wat ga je doen?

Als deskundige opgroeien ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele leiding van de buitenschoolse kinderopvang. Je zorgt ervoor dat kinderen kunnen opgroeien in een veilige, stimulerende en warme omgeving, terwijl je samen met je team bouwt aan een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Je plant, organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werking van de kinderopvang en volgt de resultaten nauwgezet op. Je zorgt ervoor dat procedures, afspraken en pedagogische richtlijnen op een consistente manier worden toegepast en vertaalt nieuwe inzichten naar de praktijk. Je rapporteert over inschrijvingen en wachtlijsten en beheert het reservatiesysteem. Je staat mee in voor de organisatie van buitenschoolse activiteiten.

Daarnaast stuur je medewerkers aan, motiveer je hen en ondersteun je hun professionele ontwikkeling. Je verwelkomt nieuwe collega's, begeleidt hen bij hun opstart en creëert een open en lerende werkomgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat.

Je onderhoudt contacten met kinderen, ouders, scholen en externe partners en bevordert een goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokkenen. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor pedagogische vragen, ondersteunt medewerkers in uitdagende situaties en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en vernieuwingen binnen de opvangwerking.

Je beschikt over minstens een professioneel gerichte bachelordiploma in een pedagogische, sociale of onderwijskundige richting om deel te nemen aan de selectieprocedure.

Ervaring binnen de kinderopvang is een sterk pluspunt. Bijkomende ervaring in een coördinerende, coachende of leidinggevende rol vormt een extra troef. Kennis van de regelgeving binnen de buitenschoolse kinderopvang is eveneens een meerwaarde.
