The posting

En tant que Dessinateur Béton Préfabriqué, vous collaborez étroitement avec les architectes, bureaux d’études, maîtres d’ouvrage et équipes internes. Vous transformez les concepts et plans architecturaux en dessins de production précis, qui serviront de référence pour la fabrication des éléments en béton préfabriqué.

Vos missions :

  • Réaliser des dessins détaillés et des pièces techniques, avec un souci constant d’efficacité et de précision.
  • Concevoir les plans de coffrage et d’armature à partir des plans architecturaux et de stabilité.
  • Dessiner les éléments préfabriqués tels que murs, colonnes, poutres et dalles.
  • Coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour optimiser l’exécution du projet.
  • Assurer le suivi du processus d’approbation des plans jusqu’à la validation finale par le client.
  • Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des méthodes de dessin et du flux de production.
  • S’immerger dans la production sur site pour garantir des plans réalisables et conformes aux exigences techniques.

Profil recherché(e) :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier en construction ou d’une autre orientation technique, avec une expérience pertinente dans le secteur de la construction ou du préfabriqué.
  • Vous êtes compétent en dessin technique et maîtrisez bien des logiciels tels qu’AutoCAD, Allplan, Autodesk Revit ou Tekla.
  • Vous vous intéressez au BIM et êtes prêt(e) à approfondir vos connaissances dans ce domaine.
  • Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et avez au moins une connaissance de base du français.
  • Vous travaillez avec précision, de manière autonome, et possédez une bonne compréhension technique et spatiale.
  • Vous êtes communicatif(ve), curieux(se) et adoptez une approche orientée résolution de problèmes.
