The posting

En tant que modeleur(se) au sein de la Direction des Etudes et des Investissements Service Construction/Architecture, vous êtes chargé(e) de :

  • Modéliser les informations d'un projet de construction sous forme de maquettes numériques
  • Intégrer toutes les informations utiles au projet dans la maquette numérique
  • Structurer les informations du projet pour faciliter la convergence des données entre les logiciels utilisés pour un projet
  • Fournir les plans de coffrage et de ferraillage de la structure pour un projet
  • Fournir une maquette destinée à la maintenance et logistique
  • Etablir métrés et cahier des charges en lien avec la maquette
  • Vous avez au maximum 25 ans (réglementation « conventions de premier emploi »)
  • Vous êtes titulaire au minimum d'un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire supérieur avec une orientation technique et avez une expérience en dessin technique
  • Vous avez des connaissances de base dans des technologies de la construction
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique CAO-DAO de l'environnement Autodesk (Revit, Civil 3D, Autocad,...)
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec la seconde langue nationale
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire B, ou prêt à l'obtenir
