The posting

Werk je graag met mensen en wil je een zinvolle bijdrage leveren aan de samenleving? Als detentiebegeleider in de gevangenis van Haren begeleid je gedetineerden tijdens hun verblijf en help je hen bij hun re-integratie.

Jouw rol

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gedetineerden in hun dagelijkse leven. Je ondersteunt hen door te luisteren, te motiveren en hen door te verwijzen naar de juiste diensten. Samen zoek je naar manieren om hun detentie zinvol in te vullen.

  • Onthalen en informeren van gedetineerden
  • Ondersteuning bieden en doorverwijzen naar specialistische hulp
  • Toezicht houden tijdens activiteiten
  • Bemiddelen bij conflicten
  • Zorgen voor veiligheid en orde

Selectieprocedure

  1. Screening van je diploma, benoemingsbesluit of instapkaart
  2. Een interview met rollenspel in Brussel bij FOD Justitie (Victor Hortaplein 40)

  • Je hebt een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs of beschikt over een instapkaart penitentiair bewakingsassistent niveau C*
  • Je bent communicatief, werkt graag in team en kunt goed omgaan met stress.
  • Kennis van vreemde talen en kantoorsoftware zijn een pluspunt

* Je kan de instapkaart behalen door deel te nemen en te slagen voor de selectie ANG26150 (inschrijven kan tot en met 28/02/2027).
