Binnen het RPA team werk je aan software robots die processen overnemen en optimaliseren. Met Robotic Process Automation help je processen binnen verschillende KLM afdelingen te structureren en op een slimme en betrouwbare manier te automatiseren. Wat ga je doen? Je ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt RPA oplossingen die repetitieve werkprocessen automatiseren. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de technische realisatie, maar denk je ook mee over de haalbaarheid en de beste aanpak. Samen met de Product Owner, Business Analysts en andere RPA zorg je ervoor dat oplossingen stabiel, veilig en goed onderhoudbaar zijn. Verder: - ontwerp, ontwikkel, test en implementeer je RPA oplossingen; - monitor, optimaliseer en onderhoud je bestaande software robots; - stel je technische documentatie op en deel je best practices binnen het team; - werk je samen met het RPA team aan het identificeren van nieuwe mogelijkheden voor automatisering en neem je deel aan Agile en Scrum ceremonies zoals refinement, planning en reviews; - voer je code reviews uit en coach je minder ervaren collega's. Waar land je? Je wordt onderdeel van het KLM RPA team binnen de afdeling TACE Fasttrack & Innovation, als onderdeel van Development. Vanuit Schiphol Rijk werk je samen met onder andere de Product Owner, Business Analysts en RPA aan het automatiseren en verbeteren van processen binnen verschillende afdelingen van KLM.
