Deine Rollen bei x-tention

* Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Plattform zur Entwicklung von eHealth-Lösungen - von Linux-Systemen über Kubernetes-Umgebungen bis zur vollständigen CI/CD-Landschaft

* Drehscheibe zwischen Infrastruktur und Softwareengineering im Java- und C++-Kontext

* Umsetzung moderner Automatisierungskonzepte mit Terraform, Ansible und Crossplane für On-Premise-Umgebungen (Tanzu) sowie Cloud-Setups auf GKE

* Konzeption und Betreuung leistungsfähiger Delivery-Pipelines inklusive GitLab Runner sowie Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen mit Grafana, Loki und Mimir

* Schaffung einer optimalen Arbeitsumgebung für Entwickler:innen durch Self-Service-Ansätze, nachvollziehbare Richtlinien und wirkungsvolle Werkzeuge

* Mitgestaltung sicherheitsrelevanter Abläufe rund um den Secure Software Development Lifecycle sowie Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben

Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Praxiserfahrung im Bereich DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering oder Plattformbetrieb

* Gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Container-Technologien und Linux-basierten Systemlandschaften

* Routine im Umgang mit Infrastructure-as-Code unter Einsatz von Terraform und Ansible sowie im Aufbau automatisierter Deployment-Prozesse mit Shell und Python

* Praxis in der Nutzung von Monitoring- und Observability-Lösungen, vorzugsweise im Umfeld des Grafana-Stacks

* Gutes Verständnis für Sicherheitsanforderungen und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen entlang des Software-Lifecycles

* Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit sowie Motivation, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
