Die seele Gruppe gilt als Technologieführer im innovativen Dach- und Fassadenbau. Für Architekturikonen weltweit, wie z.B. Sphere in Las Vegas, die Shopping Mall ICONSIAM in Bangkok oder die Battersea Power Station in London, realisieren wir mit rund 1.000 Mitarbeitenden wegweisende Gebäudehüllen und Konstruktionen.

Am Standort der se-austria GmbH & Co. KG in Schörfling am Attersee schaffen rund 150 Mitarbeitende komplexe Stahl-Glas-Architektur und spektakuläre Ganzglaskonstruktionen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich IT suchen wir für unseren Standort in Schörfling am Attersee zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n 1 Development Engineer - KI & Automatisierung (w/m/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Aktive Entwicklung und Programmierung von Softwarelösungen und Automatisierungstools (ca. 70-80%)

* Integration neuer Features in bestehende Systeme und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung

* Umgang mit Kubernetes und Docker zur Verwaltung und Orchestrierung von Containern

* Übernahme von Programmieraufgaben in verschiedenen Projekten und technologische Weiterentwicklung der Plattform

* Aktives Arbeiten mit und Weiterentwicklung des Einsatzes von Künstlicher Intelligenz (AI) und Large Language Models (LLMs) zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen

* Verwaltung und Skalierung von Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure)

* Optimierung von Deployment- und Monitoring-Prozessen

* Sicherstellung der Systemstabilität, Performance und Sicherheit

* Troubleshooting und Incident Management

Dein Profil

* Eine fundierte IT-basierte Ausbildung (HTL, Uni/FH) oder entsprechende mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

* Programmier- und Scripting-Kenntnisse (Java, Python), sowie angewandte Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung

* Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools (z. B. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub)

* Erfahrung mit AI-Technologien und LLMs von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit Cloud-Providern (AWS, Azure)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Kubernetes und Docker

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
