Je hebt een sleutelrol bij het bepalen van de technische koers van Actief Werkt! In deze rol geef je richting aan de technische architectuur en zorg je dat (AI) development, integraties, automation, AI, werkplek en cloudinfrastructuur samenhangend, veilig en beheersbaar worden ingericht. Als Development Lead leidt je het ontwikkelteam, borg je voorspelbare oplevering en bouw je interne expertise op om leveranciersafhankelijkheid te verminderen. Dit betreft een functie voor 36-40uur op ons hoofdkantoor in Breda. In deze rol maak je onderdeel uit van het IT-managementteam. KERNTAKEN ZIJN: • Vertalen van de IT-strategie naar technische architectuurkaders, roadmaps, standaarden en concrete oplossingsrichtingen. • Leidinggeven aan en ontwikkelen van een klein team gericht op software-, integratie-, automation- en AI-development en de technische werkplek- en cloudfuncties. • Inrichten en bewaken van een voorspelbare en veilige engineeringwerkwijze, inclusief ontwerp, development, testen, CI/CD, monitoring, documentatie en overdracht. • Bewaken van de technische samenhang tussen software, integraties, data, AI, automation, digitale werkplek en cloudinfrastructuur. • Sturen van leveranciers, contracten, lifecycle, continuïteit, eigendom en het verminderen van leveranciersafhankelijkheid.
