Development Lead (Teamleider Software Development) - Amsterdam MediArena - RDC - HBO/ WO - 32-40 - IT Ben jij een ervaren softwareprofessional die graag de brug slaat tussen techniek, mensen en strategie? Krijg je energie van het bouwen van hoogwaardige software voor onze klanten én het ontwikkelen van een sterke development afdeling? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Wat ga je doen? Als Development Lead geef je leiding aan een aantal teams van software- en data-professionals en creëer je de randvoorwaarden waarin zij kunnen excelleren. Je bent zowel sparringpartner voor software- en data-engineers als gesprekspartner voor management en andere stakeholders. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van softwareontwikkelaars en testers. - Bewaken van de technische kwaliteit, softwarearchitectuur, coding- standaarden en-kwaliteit. - Stimuleren van samenwerking, kennisdeling en een cultuur van continu verbeteren. - Mede vormgeven en uitvoeren van de technische roadmap en bijdragen aan de ontwikkelstrategie en test- en release visie. - Opstellen/bijstellen van het development- test en release-proces. - Faciliteren van Agile-werkwijzen en efficiënte software delivery. - Actief bijdragen aan technische keuzes en complexe vraagstukken. - Bevorderen van DevOps-principes, iteratief opleveren en een hoge mate van automatisering binnen het ontwikkel en testproces. - Stimuleren van kennisdeling en innovatieve ontwikkelingen, bijvoorbeeld door het organiseren van CoP's - Stimuleren van het verslimmen van softwareontwikkeling met AI-tools. - Waar nodig ondersteunen in of coördineren van Incident/probleem-beheer en releasemanagement. Technologie Je hoeft niet zelf te programmeren, maar je bent technisch sterk genoeg om richting te geven, mee te denken en de juiste keuzes te maken. Je hebt ervaring met of affiniteit voor moderne softwareontwikkeling, maar je schuwt tegelijk...
