Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Als Development Officer IT ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van bedrijfskritische applicaties binnen de terminalactiviteiten. Je combineert technische expertise met projectmanagementvaardigheden en werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners om de continuïteit en verdere ontwikkeling van onze IT-omgeving te garanderen. Opstellen en beheren van technische projectplannen voor IT-projecten. Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar technische specificaties en oplossingen.

Uitwerken van technische lastenboeken en ondersteunen bij change requests. Coördineren van implementaties en aansturen van externe leveranciers en ontwikkelingspartners. Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en capaciteit van de toegewezen projecten.

Verzorgen van opleidingen en begeleiding voor eindgebruikers. Beheren, analyseren en optimaliseren van bestaande applicatieomgevingen. Coördineren van releases en wijzigingen op verschillende systemen en servers. Meewerken aan de implementatie van nieuwe applicaties en functionaliteiten. Ontwikkelen van tools en oplossingen die de integratie tussen verschillende systemen verbeteren.

Actief bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering van de organisatie.

Ondersteunen van omgevingen gebaseerd op IBM P-Series, AIX, Oracle en JBoss.

Beheren van EDI-processen en rapporteringstools zoals WebFOCUS en iWay.

Opzetten en beheren van webportalomgevingen.

Fungeren als tweede lijn support voor incident-, problem- en change management.

Intensief samenwerken met interne business units, projectcoördinatoren en IT-collega's. Aansturen en opvolgen van externe ontwikkelingspartners.

Ondersteunen en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun opleidingstraject.

Regelmatig rapporteren over voortgang, risico's en resultaten aan het IT-management. Bachelor of Master in een IT-richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring. Ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken zoals Prince2 of vergelijkbaar. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak. Goede kennis van applicatieontwikkeling en IT-infrastructuur.

Ervaring met of interesse in IBM P-Series, AIX, Oracle, JBoss, WebFOCUS, iWay en/of Oracle Apex. Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.

Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om diverse stakeholders samen te brengen.
