Als international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen werden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Automobilindustrie innovative Lösungen auf Basis modernster Lithium-Ionen-Technologie und als Komplettanbieter Batteriezellen, Batteriemodule und Batteriesysteme geliefert.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortlich für die Schnittstellenaktivitäten zwischen Engineering und Betrieb der lokalen Geschäftseinheit und der Zentrale in Korea, um technische Informationen und Fragestellungen zu koordinieren und Produktentwicklungsprojekte zu überwachen und zu steuern

* Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Zentrale in Korea und der lokalen Geschäftseinheit für Entwicklungsprojekte und den allgemeinen Betrieb

* Management des Produktentwicklungs- und Änderungsmanagementprozesses durch Sicherstellung einer standardisierten Implementierung in Projekten

* Planung und Management von Entwicklungs- und Betriebsinvestitionen, einschließlich Budgetplanung, Genehmigung, Nachverfolgung und Abweichungsmanagement

* Überwachung, Steuerung und Standardisierung von Prozessen und Risiken (Kosten, Qualität, Lieferung)

* Regelmäßige Durchführung von Programmüberwachungs-, Berichts- und Überprüfungsmeetings

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Entwicklungsplanung, der Betriebsprozesse, des Berichtswesens und des Investitionsmanagements

Unsere Anforderungen

* Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandten Bereichen

* Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Automobil-, Batterie- oder ähnlichen Branchen

* Erfahrung in Projektplanung/-management und Kostenkontrolle

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) und MS-Project sind von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP (ERP), Teamcenter, PTC und PLM-Systemen sind wünschenswert

* Ausgeprägte analytische, organisatorische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und prozessorientierte Denkweise

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und kontinuierliches Verbesserungsstreben

* Analytisches Denken, selbstständiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten

* Fließende Englisch- und Koreanischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau B2); Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Ihr Gehalt

Das monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.929 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird jedoch marktkonform und in Abhängigkeit Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung individuell und gemeinsam vereinbart.
