  • Documenteren & delen – Je legt alles nauwkeurig vast in het ticketsysteem en draagt bij aan kennisartikelen en documentatie.
  • Meedenken & optimaliseren – Je signaleert terugkerende issues en denkt mee over verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening.

  • Sterke basis – Je hebt een bachelor in Computerwetenschappen, Informatietechnologie of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
