In het kort: Je gaat als senior Azure en Microsoft 365 beheerder de cloudomgeving beheren, beveiligen en automatiseren, migraties begeleiden, complexe incidenten oplossen en beheerprocessen standaardiseren en documenteren binnen het Collaboration Services team. Opdrachtomschrijving Binnen het team Collaboration Services zoeken we een Senior Azure & Microsoft 365 Beheerder die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer, de beveiliging, automatisering en verdere professionalisering van de Microsoft 365- en Azureomgeving. De werkzaamheden omvatten o.a.: - Beheren en optimaliseren van Azure en Microsoft Entra ID - Beheren en verbeteren van Conditional Access, waarbij policies worden gestandaardiseerd, gedocumenteerd en periodiek geëvalueerd op security en beheerbaarheid. - Automatiseren van beheeractiviteiten met PowerShell en DSC, met als doel terugkerende handmatige werkzaamheden aantoonbaar te verminderen en configuraties reproduceerbaar te maken. - Beheren van Exchange Hybrid en Exchange Online, inclusief troubleshooting, wijzigingen en ondersteuning bij migratie- en transitieactiviteiten. - Beheren van Teams, SharePoint Online en OneDrive, inclusief policies, configuraties, rechten en complexe incidenten. - Oplossen van structurele beheerproblemen en zorgen voor een gedocumenteerde oplossing en overdracht aan het team. - Standaardiseren van beheer en documentatie voor de belangrijkste Microsoft 365- en Azurecomponenten, zodat collega-beheerders werkzaamheden zelfstandig kunnen uitvoeren. - Actief signaleren van verbeterpunten op het gebied van security, automatisering en beheerbaarheid en deze uitwerken tot concrete verbeteringen. - Delen van kennis binnen het team en als technisch aanspreekpunt fungeren voor Azure, Entra ID en Microsoft 365 Achtergrond opdracht Als team Collaboration Services binnen Werkplekdiensten zijn wij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor de Microsoft 365 omgeving die aan de 25.000 gebruikers van het ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat, he.
