Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung von Patient_innen nach aktuellen pflegewissenschaftlichen Standards

* Durchführung und Dokumentation pflegerischer Maßnahmen

* Unterstützung bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten/Ärztinnen und anderen Berufsgruppen

* aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität

Ihr Profil

* Ein Diplom der allg. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Eine gültige Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen

* Organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Regelmäßig absolvierte Fortbildungen gemäß GuKG
