Wir suchen für unsere Fachklinik für den gesamten Verdauungstrakt, Urologie, Onkologie und Psychosomatik eine*n Bereichsleiter*in für unseren hochmodernen OP. Wir führen im Jahr ca. 6.000 Operationen (stationär und tagesklinisch) in 6 modernen Operationssälen durch.

* Führung und Steuerung der OP Pflege

* Personaleinsatzplanung, -entwicklung, -recruiting

* Gestaltung von Teamprozessen und Organisationsstrukturen sowie Förderung der Motivation und Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Sicherstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Evaluierung der Pflegequalität, strategischen Ziele und Vision

* Sicherstellung der Anwendung des Pflegekonzeptes CARING

* Aktive Mitarbeit an innovativen Projekten

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Gültige Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister zum gehobenen Dienst der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im OP-Bereich und abgeschlossene Sonderausbildung

* Erfahrung als stellvertretende Leitung/Stationskoordinator*in oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

* Abschluss eines Masterstudiengangs in Pflegemanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Hohes Interesse an der Teamführung und multiprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit

* Konzeptionelles Verständnis als auch unternehmerisches und analytisches Denken

* Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke

* Umsetzung des Werteverständnisses unseres Hauses bei der täglichen Arbeit

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt auf Basis absolvierter Ausbildung und 5 jähriger Berufserfahrung mind. € 5.764,- für 40 Wochenstunden. Der Pflegezuschuss lt. EEZG ist bereits inkludiert. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt ist abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
