Zur Verstärkung suchen wir ab Dezember 2026 1 DGKP (dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegepersonal)

in Teil- oder Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden).

* Individuell: Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner*innen und richtest deine Pflege achtsam und personenzentriert danach aus

* Professionell pflegen: Du planst, steuerst und evaluierst den Pflegeprozess fachlich fundiert und verantwortungsbewusst

* Ganzheitlich betreuen: Du pflegst und betreust unsere Bewohner*innen entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorgaben und deinem pflegerischen Fachwissen

* Mit Herz begegnen: Du schenkst Zeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Wertschätzung und trägst zu einer Atmosphäre des Vertrauens und der Geborgenheit bei

* Gemeinsam wirken: Du arbeitest eng mit einem multiprofessionellen Team zusammen und bringst deine Erfahrungen und Ideen ein

* Zukunft mitgestalten: Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität

Das erwarten wir von dir

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte*r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (DGKP)

* Bei einer im Ausland abgeschlossenen Ausbildung: die erforderliche Anerkennung in Österreich

* Eine aufrechte Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Bereitschaft zu Nachtdiensten (rund 50 % der Arbeitszeit)

* Empathie, Geduld und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Gute kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten

* Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Pflege gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln
